RETURN POLICY
1. The return period: if it meets all the conditions, a return can be requested within the statutory 14 calendar days.
2. The costs: the buyer bears the costs of the return. The parcel service with which the package is returned may be freely chosen by the buyer. This responsibility is therefore for the buyer.
3. Which products: only products that are not personalized can be returned. Personalized products can no longer be resold.
4. The method of return: the buyer sends an email within 14 calendar days with what should be returned and why. If it meets the conditions, we will respond to this.
5. Refund policy: if the product reaches us with all necessary conditions and the product shows no damage or signs of use, we will refund the full amount to the buyer.
