2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from our webshop. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Product information
Our sports items are handmade and designed specifically for gymnasts. Despite our care, colours, dimensions and finishes may vary slightly from the illustrations shown.

4. Order and agreement

4.1 An agreement is concluded once we have confirmed your order in writing or by e-mail.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information before accepting an order.

5. Prices and payments
​
5.1 All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
5.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
5.3 Payment can also be made when choosing to collect the order from our workshop. In the case of a personalised item, payment may be requested in advance.

6. Shipment and delivery

6.1 We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Shipments are made to addresses in Belgium and surrounding countries. Any additional charges for international shipping will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

7.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.
7.2 The cost of returning products will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
7.4 Personalised products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Liability

8.1 We make every effort to offer safe and quality products. However, the use of our sports articles is entirely at your own risk.
8.2 We are not liable for injuries, damages or accidents resulting from the use of our products.
8.3 Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product concerned.
